  • Our Luxe and Explorer party hire packs are large and will require an empty car with seats down. Please ensure you have space as we cannot accommodate multiple trips to collect items.

  • No.

    Staff are unable to access the storage basement during opening hours.

    For small items, such as a Cake Plinth or Bunting, please email us prior to booking to enquire if it will be possible for the items you have selected.

  • Our party hire toys are available to everyone!

  • Yes, all items hired will need to be cleaned before return. We will provide cleaning instructions to you on pick up.

  • Yes. All party hire must be paid up front to secure items.
